No. PromptMaster Studio operates entirely client-side inside the user's browser. Prompt analysis, compilation, and security checks are executed locally with zero remote transmission.

How is user data or payment information stored?

Payments are processed directly by Stripe Inc. or DePay on Solana. No credit cards or private keys are stored by PromptMaster Studio. Local storage is strictly used for client-side license state.

1. Our Foundational Privacy Promise

At Neal Frazier Tech and the NullAI Platform, we believe developer tools should operate with absolute cryptographic respect for your intellectual property and confidential instructions.

PromptMaster Studio does not send your prompts to our servers. Every prompt transform, token count estimation, and heuristic lint rule runs 100% inside your local browser memory using pure client-side JavaScript.

2. What We Never Collect, Store, or Inspect

Prompt Content: We never log, view, record, or transmit the text, instructions, or templates you type or paste into the editor.
Target System Code: Any source code snippets, database schemas, or payloads pasted into variable slots remain strictly local.
AI Model Keys: The application is designed to operate locally without requiring you to submit private OpenAI or Anthropic API keys to our servers.
Advertising Tracking: We do not deploy third-party advertising pixels, session recording tools, or data broker cookies.

3. Transactional & Payment Data

When you choose to upgrade to a Pro Sovereign License ($19 one-time), the transaction is handled exclusively by verified third-party payment rails:

Stripe Payments: When paying via Credit Card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, your financial information is processed directly by Stripe, Inc. Neal Frazier Tech never sees, handles, or stores your credit card number or CVV. We receive only standard transaction metadata (receipt email, billing country, and transaction status) to facilitate license key verification and refund fulfillment.
DePay Web3 (Solana): When paying with Solana (SOL) or stablecoins (USDC), the transaction executes directly on the decentralized Solana blockchain. Blockchain transaction signatures and wallet addresses are public on-chain data by nature.

4. Browser Local Storage (`localStorage`)

PromptMaster Studio uses your browser's local storage solely to deliver seamless utility between sessions:

promptmaster_pro_licensed: Boolean flag recording whether your Pro license is active on this browser.
promptmaster_license_key: Your receipt email or activation key.
promptmaster_versions_v1: Local prompt branch snapshots saved via the Version History tab.

This data resides entirely within your local browser sandbox and is never synchronized to external servers. You can clear this data at any time via your browser settings.

5. Your Rights Under GDPR & CCPA

Because we do not maintain centralized user databases of your prompt activity, your privacy is protected by physical architecture. To the extent we process customer billing records under GDPR / CCPA, you have the right to:

Request confirmation of any billing records associated with your Stripe receipt email.
Request deletion of customer billing contacts from our Stripe dashboard.
Receive direct, transparent human responses to data privacy questions within 48 hours.
